So, a little (and quite pointless) story of my tassel adventure... Over the last few weeks, I have been seeing tassel bracelets occupy Instagram and I couldn't wait to get myself one! It took me a while to pick out which colors I wanted to get at first - I am so indecisive - but I finally settled on a white tassel and black tassel, thinking that they would match the most. After having this bracelet significantly less than 24 hours, I ended up ordering 3 more colored tassels online last night {insert crying/laughing emoji face here}. I couldn't help myself!! And my husband thinks I'm a crazy tassel lady now...

David has finally graduated from the Dallas Police Academy, woo hooooooooooo!!! Both his family and my family came to down for the festivities. Thursday was the badge pinning ceremony - this is when each recruit has a loved one (or officer) pin their official badge on them! I was so honored to be selected by David to be his pinner :) It was a cute and intimate ceremony - only his parents, sister and I were there.

On Friday was another ceremony where all of his family and friends were invited to! His class marched in and did all there police-y things, we watched a video that reflected on their time at the academy and listened to a few speeches. I am so proud and excited for him, while terrified at the same time! He will be fighting bad guys on the streets and hopefully staying safe. I don't know what I would do without him. He's my po-po hero.

So as I said in another post, my best friend and I started a fashion instagram a few weeks ago. We are having a lot of fun with it and I love seeing outfits everyday! A few days ago, I came across this closet and instagram February challenge and we decided to accept. If you aren't familiar with this type of challenge, it's where you have a list of themes/outfits for every day in February and try to dress accordingly.
