Weekend Rewind

This was one of the first weekends where David and I were nonstop busy. Since he has such a busy schedule, our Saturdays usually consist of being lazy or being outside with the pups. However, this weekend was different..

Friday, we got invited to go eat with some DPD couples and go bowling! We went to Bob's Steakhouse - very expensive but very delicious - and bowling at Bowl and Barrel. At Bob's we were expecting the high prices but Bowl and Barrel had unforeseen prices! We have been there a few times during the week and it's about $12 per person for an hour of bowling on one lane. Okay, that works. But they conveniently forgot to inform us that it cost more than four times that on Fridays and Saturdays. Our whole party of 8 was furious. That might be okay for some people but spending that amount on bowling is absurd to us. I'm getting mad just thinking about it! Needless to say, we reamed them on social media and will never refer them to anyone and will definitely not ever be back on a weekend!
